Umgebungen, in denen Technik bei Staub, Hitze, Kälte und Dauerbetrieb
laufen muss. Genau diese Hardware steckt in den CHCNAV-Lenksystemen.
Bei LEDAB arbeiten wir seit Jahren mit Landwirten und Lohnunternehmern
zusammen. Wir haben CHCNAV nicht wegen schöner Broschüren gewählt,
sondern weil wir gesehen haben, wie Systeme im dritten Jahr noch genauso
laufen wie am ersten Tag – ohne Hotline-Marathon, ohne Ausfälle nach

GA-Sensor: Nicht nur GPS-Position
GPS misst die Position der Antenne. Am Hang steht der Traktor schräg – die Antenne ist 20–30 cm seitlich versetzt zur tatsächlichen Traktorposition. Standard-Systeme driften am Hang ab.
CHCNAV verbaut einen 9-Achsen-GA-Sensor, der Roll- und Nickbewegungen misst. Das System rechnet aus, wo der Traktor tatsächlich steht – nicht nur, wo die Antenne ist. Auch bei 15 % Hangneigung bleibt die Spur bei ±2,5 cm. In Hanglagen Süddeutschlands oder in Mittelgebirgsregionen ist das ein entscheidender Unterschied.
Multi-GNSS statt nur GPS
Amerikanisches GPS allein hat 31 Satelliten. Am Waldrand oder zwischen Gebäuden kann die Satelliten-Geometrie ungünstig werden. CHCNAV empfängt vier Netze parallel: GPS (USA), GLONASS (Russland), Galileo (Europa), BeiDou (China) – insgesamt über 100 Satelliten. Wenn ein Netz schwächelt, laufen die anderen weiter. Die Spur bleibt stabil, auch bei Abschattung.
Die drei Systeme: Wann brauchen Sie was?
NX510 SE – Für 95 % der Betriebe ausreichend
10-Zoll-Display, Multi-GNSS, IMU, ±2,5 cm RTK-Genauigkeit. Das System eliminiert Überlappungen, ermöglicht präzise Bearbeitung von Reihenkulturen und arbeitet bei Tag und Nacht zuverlässig.
Für wen: Alle Betriebe ab 10 Hektar, Standardarbeiten wie Düngen, Säen, Spritzen, Pflügen.
NX610 – Schnellerer Prozessor, mehr Leistung
Das NX610 reagiert schneller bei komplexen Feldstrukturen und bietet ISOBUS-Möglichkeiten. Die Spurgenauigkeit ist identisch mit dem NX510 SE.
Für wen: Lohnunternehmer oder Betriebe mit komplexeren Anforderungen.

NX612 – Großes Display für aufwendige Aufgaben
Das NX612 enthält dieselbe Hardware wie das NX610, kombiniert mit einem 12-Zoll-Terminal – für bessere Übersicht bei ISOBUS-Anwendungen.
Wann NX612: Wenn Sie regelmäßige ISOBUS-Arbeiten durchführen oder das größere Display bevorzugen.
Die Lenkgenauigkeit ist bei allen drei Systemen identisch. Wer ausschließlich Überlappungen eliminieren möchte, ist mit dem NX510 SE vollständig versorgt.

Steer-Ready
Kompatibel u. a. mit CLAAS ab 2012, Fendt ab 2010, John Deere ab 2011. Die Einbauzeit reduziert sich häufig auf 3–4 Stunden.
Hydraulisch
Ein HYDAC-Ventil wird in die Lenkhydraulik eingebaut. Direktes, ruhiges Lenkverhalten. Sinnvoll, wenn kein Steer-Ready vorhanden ist, die Hydraulik aber gut zugänglich ist.
Lenkradmotor
Bürstenloser Motor am Lenkrad. Funktioniert bei praktisch jedem Traktor ab Baujahr 1995 – auch bei Favorit-, Eicher- oder Spezialhersteller-Modellen. Mit passendem Verzahnungsadapter auf nahezu jede Lenkrad-Geometrie adaptierbar.

Maschinenvorbereitung: Ein Display für mehrere Maschinen
Display und GPS-Empfänger können zwischen Maschinen gewechselt werden. Sie kaufen einmal das Komplettsystem und rüsten weitere Maschinen mit einer Maschinenvorbereitung aus. Diese Lösung funktioniert ausschließlich in Kombination mit einem Lenkradmotor.
CHCNAV oder LACOS?
Beide Systeme bieten ±2,5 cm RTK-Genauigkeit, Multi-GNSS und IMU. Der Unterschied liegt vor allem in der ISOBUS-Integration.
CHCNAV wählen, wenn:

Über unser geschultes deutschlandweites Händlernetzwerk geben Sie Ihren Schlepper bei einem Partner ab und fahren je nach Auslastung nach 5–8 Werkstattstunden mit eingebautem Lenksystem wieder los – inklusive professioneller Einweisung. Wenn nach drei Wochen Fragen auftauchen: direkter Kontakt zu den Leuten, die eingebaut haben. Kein Callcenter, keine Ticketnummer.
