NX510 – Für 95 % der Betriebe ausreichend

NX610 – Für komplexere Feldarbeit
Das NX610 bietet einen schnelleren Prozessor, der bei wechselnden Feldformen und komplexen Spurmustern stabiler reagiert. Als ISOBUS Universal Terminal/UT lässt es sich mit ISOBUS-Anbaugeräten verbinden – ohne separates Bedienterminal. Die Spurgenauigkeit ist identisch mit dem NX510: ±2,5 cm RTK.
Für wen: Lohnunternehmer oder Betriebe mit komplexeren Anforderungen.
NX612 – Großes Display für aufwendige Aufgaben
Das NX612 enthält dieselbe Hardware wie das NX610 – mit einem 12,1-Zoll-Terminal statt 10 Zoll. Das größere Display erleichtert die Übersicht bei ISOBUS-Anwendungen: mehr Fläche für Spurführung, Maschinenstatus und Feldkarte gleichzeitig. Für wer viel im Terminal arbeitet, ist das im Alltag spürbar.
Wann NX612: Wenn Sie mehrere ISOBUS-Anbaugeräte an einem Terminal bedienen, oft zwischen Spurführung und Maschinensteuerung wechseln oder einfach mehr Platz auf dem Display brauchen als 10 Zoll bieten.
GA-Sensor: Nicht nur GPS-Position
GPS misst die Position der Antenne. Am Hang steht der Traktor schräg – die Antenne ist 20–30 cm seitlich versetzt zur tatsächlichen Traktorposition. Standard-Systeme driften am Hang.
CHCNAV verbaut einen 9-Achsen-GA-Sensor, der Roll- und Nickbewegungen misst. Das System rechnet aus, wo der Traktor tatsächlich steht – nicht nur, wo die Antenne ist. Auch bei 15 % Hangneigung bleibt die Spur bei ±2,5 cm. In Hanglagen Süddeutschlands oder in Mittelgebirgsregionen ist das ein entscheidender Unterschied. Multi-GNSS statt nur GPS
Amerikanisches GPS allein hat 31 Satelliten. Am Waldrand oder zwischen Gebäuden kann die Satelliten-Geometrie ungünstig werden. CHCNAV empfängt vier Netze parallel: GPS/USA, GLONASS/Russland, Galileo/Europa, BeiDou/China – insgesamt über 100 Satelliten. Wenn ein Netz schwächelt, laufen die anderen weiter. RTK-Korrektursignal: Was Sie für ±2,5 cm Genauigkeit brauchen
±2,5 cm Spurgenauigkeit setzt ein aktives Korrektursignal voraus. Drei Wege stehen zur Verfügung: Netzwerk-RTK per SIM-Karte (alle CHCNAV-Empfänger haben ein integriertes 4G-Modem), eine eigene UHF-Basisstation ohne laufende Abo-Kosten, oder – beim NX612 – der satellitenbasierte Dienst SkyTrix, der auch ohne stabiles Mobilfunknetz ±2,5 cm ermöglicht. Kompatibilität: Welche Traktoren laufen mit CHCNAV?
CHCNAV-Lenksysteme lassen sich über drei Wege nachrüsten: Steer-Ready/CAN-Bus, hydraulisch oder Lenkradmotor. Ein Display für mehrere Maschinen – so funktioniert die Maschinenvorbereitung
Display und GPS-Empfänger lassen sich zwischen Maschinen wechseln – einmal kaufen, mehrere Traktoren ausrüsten. Für Lohnunternehmer bedeutet das niedrigere Systemkosten bei gleichem Präzisionsniveau. CHCNAV Lenkradmotor: Ruhig arbeiten, konzentriert fahren
Der bürstenlose CHCNAV Lenkradmotor arbeitet nahezu geräuschlos und ist für täglichen Dauerbetrieb ausgelegt.
